Hello, I’m Shannan Weaver, the Field Communications Director here at New Horizons. My primary job is to communicate all relevant information to agents in the field. I help with outreach, customer service, carrier changes, and announcements.
My core values are caring for other people and helping to fix a problem for someone.
When I think about what I love about New Horizons, it’s the atmosphere. When working in a small business, we are all like family.
I grew up in Decatur, IL. I was able to play outside all the time with the neighborhood kids. My aunt always had a strong impact on my life.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching true crime shows, and playing games with my son.
