My name is Linda Burge, and I’m the Payroll Clerk/AR & AP here at New Horizons. Since 2008, I’ve been doing the accounting here. If you have any questions about paid commissions, I’m here to help.
What makes this office and staff so unique is that it truly is a family atmosphere. We all work together as a team, and there is no “I” in the office. I believe in honesty, being faithful, and always watching out for others.
I’m originally from Moweaqua – right behind the school if you’re familiar with the area. I grew up with 4 siblings and married a man in the Ag business. It wasn’t long after that I became a country girl!
Before New Horizons, I worked nearly 18 years with my husband in the Ag Fertilizer business. I came to love the old farmers who often were 3rd generation, which I thought was amazing! One farmer in particular, Leland, became my financial mentor and was like a grandfather to me.
In my spare time, I love being with my large family, and you can’t go wrong with time at the lake just to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
