Signature Options
On the signature application page, there are 3 options that can be used.
- In Person: Each applicant has to be personally present in the office. It is required that Policy documents are reviewed by each applicant and they agree to terms and conditions. Until then “I agree…” checkbox and “Apply applicant signature” button will not be active.
- Voice Signature: Currently Unavailable
- Security question signature: Applicants must answer the security question and agree to the terms and conditions
Household Discount
The USIC Household Discount is 7%, but that can vary by state. Check your state's Rate Sheet (available in your agent portal) to see the modal factor (.93 is a 7% HHD).
