Medico's Dental Insurance offers 3 benefit options, including $1,000, $1,500, and $2,500 yearly maximum benefits. If you choose the $1,500 or $2,500 benefit, you do get access to 50% vision and hearing coverage after 12 months.

For each benefit tier, the policy year deductible stays the same at $100.
