Owner and Annuitant: 18-85, age last birthday (Non-Qualified, Traditional, and ROTH IRA)

Owner and Annuitant: 21-85, age last birthday (SEP IRA)

Premiums

• Minimum Premium: $10,000
• Maximum Premium: $1,000,000; premiums greater than $500,000 require Home Office approval (complete and submit form 10019).

Maturity Date

The Maturity Date is the Certificate Anniversary after the Annuitant's 70th birthday or ten years after issue, whichever is later.

The Owner can elect an Optional Maturity Date later than the above Maturity Date. If no request is received 31 days prior to the Maturity Date above, a Maturity Date of the Annuitant's age 115 will be automatically selected.

Chargebacks

100% chargeback for surrender during the free look period and for a death in the first certificate year.
