What Agents Need to Know About the 2024 CMS Final Rule (Handout Available)

On Wednesday April 5, CMS added the 2024 Policy and Technical Changes for Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drugs to the Federal Register for public inspection.

It contained both finalized changes as well as summaries and responses to comments received by CMS. The majority of these changes take effect September 30, 2023 for marketing 2024 plans.
