As you’ve likely heard, CMS recently issued a proposed rule change that would significantly impact payments agencies receive to support agents and consumers. This would make it much harder for agents like you to help seniors get coverage that best fits their needs.
We’ve been actively working with our Partners at Integrity and our Carrier Partners to help CMS understand why this proposed rule is bad for Medicare. We’ve also joined a special coalition focused on advocating the cause — Americans for Beneficiary Choice.
The coalition has drafted a petition to CMS that clearly outlines many concerns about the proposed rule change. We’re asking you to sign it.

Comments on the proposed rule are due to CMS soon, so please sign the petition now — it only takes a moment. Then be sure to write and submit your own letters to CMS and your elected representatives.
