CMS released a recap of how successful the new 2019 Plan Finder redesign was – we found it pretty interesting! Here are some of the numbers.
CMS metrics show that from this year to last year:
Visitors who viewed their Plan Results rose an impressive 35 percentage points, from 22% in 2018 to 57% in 2019.
All in all, it seems like the redesign of the Plan Finder tool was a success!
If your clients need to make any changes to their MA plan, don't forget to utilize the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period, which runs from January 1-March 31. Clients can switch to another MA plan, drop their MA plan, or to return to Original Medicare.
