As of July 2020, Medigap insurers in Indiana will have to offer at least Plan A on a GI basis. This is called Tammy’s Law (SEA 392).
The law is named after Tammy Kemp, who was in the late stages of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) when her husband contacted the State Senator Erin Houchin. He advocated for this law that would help disabled individuals under 65 gain access to supplemental Medicare insurance.
