Effective April 14, 2021 GTL's new REVISED application must be used when submitting Medicare Supplement Business via paper application.
If you are using the current paper application, it must be signed before April 14, 2021 to be accepted and submitted no later than April 21, 2021 to GTL's underwriting department.
The Medicare Supplement product is available on GTL's E-Application platforms, the Agent Portal, Android, and Apple. This application update on the e-App will be available soon.
