In July and August, Aetna will be releasing new MACRA states with more planned in the future as they receive approvals. Here are the states that will be launching along with their schedules:
No business can be written until the actual launch date, but on the launch date, you can view the new rates. As a rule of thumb, paper kits are available about one week before the state launch. Reminder about MACRA: The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) legislation will bring new eligibility guidelines for some Medicare beneficiaries, starting January 1, 2020. Aetna will be offering a new high deductible plan G as a result of this legislation, but Plan F is NOT going away.
