Effective May 13, 2019, Indiana producers should use new application packets for Aetna Medicare Supplement plans. Previous apps were submitted to Continental Life Insurance Company (CLI) and new apps will be submitted to Aetna Health and Life Insurance Company (AHLIC). While new applications are required, no new contracting is necessary, nor do commissions change. AHLIC offers a 7% household discount (requires 2 policies), which is an increase compared to CLI’s 5% discount.
